Kanazawa-shi Japan is known as culturally and historically rich prefecture in Japan but did you know Kanazawa has a Sumo arena and Ishikawa prefecture has been producing a lot of professional Sumo wrestlers nowadays. In this article, I would like to introduce an interesting video of  Japanese Sumo.

Seriously ? girls play Sumo with uniform !

What’s this video ?

As you see, two pretty girls show all of the 82 Sumo techniques on the video. They said it tooks for 3days to shoot the video. The reason why they did it is promoting a tournament ” The 101st Kanazawa High School Sumo Wrestling ” by a local newspaper company.

Who is that Sumo girl ?

The Sumo is performed by two girls their name is Misaki Jinbu (22) and Chihiro (21 ). Unfortunately, they are a talent so not a real students. From their interview, both girls has a black belt of Jyu-do but obviously do Sumo with uniform was quite uncomfortable and performing real Sumo techniques were difficult.
